It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, as there is often some processing time before a refund is complete. MISSING ITEM(S) / RETURN POLICY:

If your package shows as "DELIVERED" but you never received it, please check with neighbors as packages are occasionally delivered next door. Please review the address you provided. If the address is correct, please contact your local post office and file a claim first as we will need this information to continue. Please relay all details to our servicing department at support@thealkalinedictionary.com.

Due to the sensitivity of our products, we have a 0 - day return policy, which means you have 0 days after receiving your item to request a return. All sales are final. You can always contact us with any question  at support@thealkalinedictionary.com.

 

DAMAGES / ISSUES:

We are sorry to hear about any products that arrive damaged or incorrect by mistake. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@thealkalinedictionary.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, oils, or plants), custom products (such as special orders, wholesale orders, bulk or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
